Our services
Specialist Behaviour Support, Early Intervention and Therapeutic Services across Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and via Telehealth.
Our services are guided by our Person-Centred Relational Support Framework. We begin by understanding the person, then develop practical, least restrictive support that improves quality of life.
Specialist Behaviour Support
Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work with the person and their support team to understand distress behaviours and develop plans that make everyday life safer and more fulfilling. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver services in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules.
Our approach
The person is at the centre of everything we do. We seek their voice, preferences and goals at every stage of assessment and planning, using the communication methods that work best for them, and support them to be involved in decisions about their own support.
What we provide
- Functional Behaviour Assessment. Understanding what a person’s behaviour communicates and what influences it across settings, relationships and routines, to inform their Behaviour Support Plan.
- Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans. Person-centred, evidence-informed plans focused on quality of life, skill development, and clear proactive and response strategies.
- Restrictive practice assessment and reduction. Upholding each person’s rights by assessing any restrictive practices in use, supporting authorisation where required, and working with the support team to reduce and, where possible, eliminate them.
- Risk assessment and safeguarding. Structured assessment of risk, with safeguards that protect the safety, rights and dignity of the person and those who support them.
- Implementation support and Support Team training. Tailored coaching and training so support teams understand the person, implement their Behaviour Support Plan with confidence, and provide consistent, respectful support.
- Data collection, monitoring and review. Collecting and analysing data to monitor progress, review the effectiveness of the plan and adjust support as the person’s needs change.
- Multidisciplinary consultation. Working alongside the person, families, guardians, Support Coordinators, providers, allied health and medical teams.
Early Intervention
The early years are a time of rapid learning and growth. Our Early Intervention services help young children build communication, emotional regulation, play, social and daily living skills, with families and carers as partners at every step.
What we provide

- Practical strategies that fit into everyday routines at home, in childcare, kindergarten and school
- Coaching and support for parents, carers and educators
- Support for children whose distress behaviours are affecting their learning, relationships or safety
- Collaboration with the child's broader team, including therapists, educators and early childhood partners
Therapeutic Services
Our Therapeutic Services help people understand and manage distress, build emotional wellbeing and strengthen their relationships. Support is relational, trauma-informed and tailored to each person's communication and goals.

- Individual therapeutic support focused on emotional regulation, coping and wellbeing
